Cave to my crayfish

I make a cave to my crayfish:

I did the whole cave and then glued glass stones around, inside.

The cap is loosened for facilitating maintenance can withdraw Crawfish, etc.. They have locks that do not move or come out with the movement of the crayfish.

I put the stones inside because if I want to put one over the other I can do this without problems.

They are still too small for her but I already thinking ahead.

That is an awesome idea! Did you use acrylic or is that glass? I would love to do something like that...

Hello, I used glass.
Even put in the aquarium as well as said they are calm. Almost no fight and only "peck" when end up meeting in fright. I believe it is because the aquarium is still great for them, there are 13 gallons for six crayfish.
The aquarium also has a lot of woods and stones where they are circling. I put the pipes but almost never are, very difficult indeed. As they get older I think aa situation will become more complicated. I'll just put two of those caves and see what they will find if they start to come I put the other.

I'm thinking about setting up an aquarium and with a long tab and put a couple on each side and leave the tab open just to cross. I read somewhere that it is best to leave the couple together only to breed, correct?

It would be equal to this photo - In the top right

He would be 16 gallons, or two if 8 gallons with dividers, what do you think? It's too big, small?

I would like to learn more about growing them, is aware monthly growth, etc.. Or any size table, I do a lot to fish where the fish'm going measuring and placing his age, type this:

This is not mine but I found on the internet.

I would like to get a sense of how they grow. Mine are about six inches, tried to sex but I could not actually give the impression that all are female, as are six, find it hard to be true, is that I'm still not very good.

You can see normally at this age or sex is more difficult and will improve with time? Some females were sure that because I saw the "little hole" readily apparent, others have not seen the "little hole" so clearly but I did not find the "feet", I believe that these are male and I is that I could not see properly .

Already occurred eight exchanges skin, or some already switched more than once. I look at them and can not see any difference (lol), I can not identify the individual who changed his skin and that is older.
Have a trick or I have to look even better?

- 16 gallons divided would be fine in my opinion.
- Keeping the crawfish together just to breed is a good idea. After they breed, it would be a good idea to separate them as you've indicated.
- Your ability to sex them will improve as their size increases. If you need help, post some pictures and I can try to help you out. As far as the rate at which they grow, I think it all depends on their diet, water hardness, iodine, etc.
- I think to determine which ones are growing fastest, you just have to be patient if you can't really tell whose shell it is.
